CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. chili powder
16 oz. can tomatoes
16 oz. can creamed corn
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. corn bread mix
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground turkey. Add onion, chili powder and garlic. Stir well and add can of tomatoes. In bowl, mix corn bread mix according to directions. Add cream corn and cheese. Pour half of corn bread mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon turkey mixture on top. Add rest of corn bread mixture. Cook in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
