CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked green beans
2 c. cooked, drained wide noodles
1 1/2 c. cooked cut up chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise (diet)
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. each salt and lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 2 quart casserole layer half of beans, noodles and chicken.

Combine mayonnaise, cottage cheese, salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Spread half of mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with half of Parmesan. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake covered 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
