CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts, cut in sm. pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. med. egg noodles
1 can Rotel
1/2 lb. Velveeta

Cook chicken, reserve broth. Cook noodles in broth. Combine soup and Rotel over low heat. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add chicken pieces and combine with noodles. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
