JOEL'S SWEDISH PANCAKES 
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 pt. milk

Melt butter; set aside to cool. Mix together egg, salt, flour, sugar and butter. Gradually add milk.

Pour onto greased skillet over medium heat. Brown on both sides. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll up for pancake. Can be filled with jelly or jam instead of butter and sugar.
