SWEDISH PANCAKES 
6 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1 c. Wondra flour or regular flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/8 to 1/4 c. sugar

Use blender if available. Beat eggs for 1 minute. Add milk and beat for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Have frying pan coated lightly with butter and pour about 1/4 cup batter into hot pan. Tilt pan all around so the batter covers the bottom. These are very thin pancakes; they will appear like a crepe.

Spread a little butter and strawberry jam or lingonberries on them. Then roll the pancake up with the ingredients inside and cut into bite size pieces. Whipped cream or powdered sugar can be used to top them off.
