1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
1 1/2 - 2 c. chopped nuts
1 bag chocolate chips

Make pudding by directions. Add devil's food cake mix. Stir well. Add 1 cup nuts to mixture. Pour into 9x13 pan (lightly greased on bottom only). Cover with the rest of the nuts and then with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
