BROCCOLI PASTA SALAD | |
3/4 c. Hellmann's cholesterol free 1/4 c. sliced green onions 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. 4 oz. shell macaroni, cooked and drained 1 c. cooked broccoli flowerets 1/2 c. cooked sliced carrots In large bowl, stir first 7 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill. Makes 4 cups, 140 calories per 1/2 cup serving. |
