3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2-3 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. diced unpeeled red apples
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Dash of paprika
Chopped walnuts (optional)

Combine cabbage and celery, mix together and add mayonnaise, sugar, salt, vinegar and celery seed and toss until well mixed. Add apples and marshmallows; toss. Top with paprika and nuts.
