1 lb. Jack cheese
17 mushrooms
2 oz. Vermouth
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. butter

Let cheese sit to room temperature. Combine everything. Mash with fork. Spoon over mushrooms. Bake 375 degrees until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
