BAKED MARINATED CHICKEN | |
1 (2 or 3 lb.) fryer Salt, according to taste 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper, more if desired 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. black pepper Mix lemon juice, lemon, pepper, vinegar, black pepper and salt in covered baking pan. Put cut up fryer in pan; let marinate for 1 1/2 hours, turning 3 or 4 times. Bake in 375 degree oven until fairly tender. Remove cover and continue to bake until brown, turning chicken so all will brown. |
