LEMON CREAM PIE 
Yolks of 2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet cream
2 tbsp. flour or 1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lemon

Grate the lemon rind, then peel off the thick white skin of the lemon being careful to remove the seeds. Mix with rest of ingredients and cook over low heat until mixture thickens. Cool. Place in baked pie shell. Beat the whites of the 2 eggs to a stiff froth. Add 1 tablespoon sugar. Put this on top of pie and bake in oven at 350 degrees, until meringue is golden. Watch carefully.
