FLUFFY TACO SHELLS 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cold water (or more if needed)

Mix flour, oil and salt as for pie crust, until oil is well distributed. Add enough cold water to make a very soft dough.

Divide into 4 or 5 small balls. Roll out on a floured surface.

Bake in ungreased skillet or griddle until lightly browned. Turn and brown other side.

Or fry in 1" deep oil until brown, turn and brown other side.
