COBB SALAD 
4 c. Boston lettuce leaves
2 c. Romaine lettuce leaves
2 med. tomatoes
1 avocado
4 oz. skinned and boned cooked turkey, chilled
Dash of pepper
2 oz. Bleu cheese
2 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. tarragon or/red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. bacon bits

Gently tear lettuce. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Pit avocado and slice into wedges. Cube turkey. Crumble Bleu cheese. Slice eggs. Mix together in large salad bowl. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and serve with salad.

If you wish cubed ham and sliced olives may be added.
