SPAGHETTI WITH SHRIMP 
1 lb. fresh shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. olive oil
6 qt. water
1 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Boil shrimp until barely tender. Shell and devein shrimp. Saute garlic onions, green peppers, pinch of salt, pepper and oregano in oil until onions are soft. Add cooked shrimp. Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Bring water and 1 tablespoon salt to rolling boil in a large pot; add spaghetti and cook until tender. Drain in colander. Toss gently with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
