RAISED DOUGHNUTS 
4 1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. soft butter

Mix yeast in with 1/2 cup warm water, flour and sugar. Let foam. Mix all other ingredients together then pour in yeast mixture. Let rise; roll out and cut with floured cutter.
