EASY V8 HAMBURGER SOUP 
Very simple and healthy.

1-2 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans veg-all, drained
2 large potatoes, cut up
1 (46 oz.) can V8 vegetable juice

Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain. Transfer to soup pot and add V8 juice and vegetables. Cook for 1 hour.

Feel free to add whatever to your "stone soup" - garlic, onions, etc.
