SPINACH QUICHE 
1/2 box frozen spinach
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
Sliced mushrooms
Chopped onions
Fried bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic

Mix ingredients and pour into 1 (10 inch) deep dish pie shell, uncooked, or two (8 inch) shallow pie shells and cook 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Let stand 30 minutes.
