FRUIT FLUFF 
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
20 oz. strawberries, partially thawed
16 oz. carton Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Raspberries may be substituted for strawberries (increase sugar to 1 c.)

Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth in large bowl. Fold in pineapple, strawberries, Cool Whip and nuts. Mix well and spread into 9x12 cake pan. Freeze until firm. If too solid, let sit on counter until able to cut.
