TROPICAL FRUIT FLUFF 
2 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Milk

Cut up any large pieces of apricot. In small mixing bowl combine sour cream, coconut, walnuts, and apricot preserves.

Mix well. Stir in small amount of milk to make mixture of dipping consistency. Chill.

Turn into serving dish. Top with walnut halves and additional coconut. Serve with chilled fruit: seedless grapes, melon balls, fresh pineapple wedges and sliced bananas.
