1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Cream eggs with sugar and oil. Sift dry ingredients together. Add chopped apples and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 11"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
