A CHANGE FROM ORDINARY TACOS 
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (figure 1 per person)
Onions
Green pepper
Lawry's seasoned salt OR
Chili powder
Cut up tomatoes
Lettuce
Sour cream AND OR
Avocado dip
Grated Cheddar cheese
Taco sauce
Onions
Soft or hard taco shells, figure 2 per person

Cut chicken breasts into about 12 strips each. Fry in a tiny bit of oil on stovetop. Add chopped onion and green pepper, with seasonings of your choice, and keep stirring only a few minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Set up cut up tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, etc., in bowls at table to let each individual build their Fajita just like a taco!
