CHORIZO AND POTATOES | |
2 med. potatoes 3 strips bacon, diced 1/2 link chorizo sausage 3 green onions, chopped Saute bacon and chorizo. After they start emitting juices, add potatoes; stir well. Season with pepper and paprika. Cover and cook; stir occasionally. Near the end of the cooking, toss in green onions and mix up. Serves 2.
