LEA'S PORK CHORIZO | |
Thoroughly mix together in a large bowl all ingredients below using hands: 2 tbsp. cumin 2 tbsp. oregano 3 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. black pepper 2 tbsp. salt 1/4 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 c. salad oil 3 lb. ground pork (not pork sausage) You're done! Chorizo is excellent fried up and then scrambled with eggs to make a delicious breakfast burrito. Or can also be used in recipes calling for sausage. Store in a sealed bowl in refrigerator. Can be sealed in freezer bags to store in freezer. |
