1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. jars apricot baby food
1 c. chopped pecans

GLAZE:

Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

To make Glaze: Mix together lemon juice, sugar, and butter, then bring to a boil. Punch holes in cake and pour Glaze over warm cake.
