CORN CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. fresh, frozen or canned corn, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients well. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
