CHICKEN PIE #2 
3 lb. chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour

Cook chicken. Remove from bones and shred with fingers. Place in baking dish. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Sprinkle pepper over chicken. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Blend in milk until smooth. Spread flour mixture over chicken. In a saucepan, blend soup and broth. Heat to boiling and pour over flour mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
