PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. boneless steak
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 med. green peppers
2 med. red peppers
2 med. onions
2 celery stalks
1 tsp. soy sauce
Hot cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut steak into thin strips. Brown in oil in skillet. Cut the green and red peppers into thin strips. Then cut the onions and celery. Add to the steak. Cook until the vegetables are partially done. Combine soy sauce and salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until liquid is slightly thickened and begins to simmer. Serve immediately over rice.
