SLOPPY JOES 
2 lb. ground beef (or 1 lb. ground beef plus 1 lb. tofu, crumbled)
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. dark molasses

Brown ground beef, celery and onion in fry pan until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 can tomato soup and 1/4 cup water. Stir. Add remainder of ingredients; stir and simmer. This recipe freezes well and half will feed 6-8. Serve on hamburger buns.
