PEPPERONI CASSEROLE 
3 c. med. size macaroni shells
1 qt. spaghetti sauce with meat
1 sm. can mushroom pieces (optional)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine macaroni, sauce, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, half of Mozzarella cheese and half of pepperoni. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese over top and top with remainder of pepperoni slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Note: Can be frozen before cooked. Can be put in 2 smaller casseroles.
