30 whole marshmallows 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. whipped cream with sugar and vanilla (Do not use Cool Whip at all) 1 whole regular can of pineapple or fruit cocktail 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. walnuts CRUST: 15 whole graham crackers 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar Melt marshmallows and shortening together, then mix the rest of the ingredients together. Make the crust ingredients together and reserve some of it for topping. Pat the cracker crumbs mixture on 9 x 13 pan. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cracker crumbs mixture. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on the top of the marshmallow mixture. Chill and serve. Makes 24 servings. |
