BEAN & OAT HEALTH BURGERS 
2 c. cooked old-fashioned whole oats
1 1/2 c. cooked kidney beans
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients and use a food processor to blend. Shape into 6 pattie. In large skillet heat 2 tablespoons olive oil, brown the patties on both sides. N.B. Cooked brown rice can be substituted for the oats.
