1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. coarsely grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
