HONEY DIJON DRESSING 
6 tbsp. olive oil or oil
2 tbsp. basil lemon vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 garlic clove, crushed
Dash pepper

In jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator. 3/4 cup.
