SOUPER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion
18 oz. pkg. frozen egg noodles
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and celery in small amount of Crisco; add meat and cook thoroughly but not browned; add chicken and mushroom soups, also drain and add cooked noodles. Put in covered dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
