POTATO SALAD 
1 lg. potato, boiled, peeled and cubed
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1 hard cooked egg, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix gently. Chill well before serving. Makes 4 servings.
