CAESAR CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken breast
Caesar salad dressing (regular or low-cal)
12 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 sliced tomato
Sauteed mushrooms

Pound chicken breasts until thin. Marinate in Caesar dressing. Broil chicken until white on both sides. Cover with cheese and melt. Add fresh, sliced tomatoes or sauteed mushrooms under cheese if desired.
