PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. creamy or chunk peanut butter Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat until creamy and pour into a greased 13"x9" pan. Makes 3 pounds. |
