QUICK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 (8 oz.) jar peanut butter (extra crunchy is good) 3/4 stick butter Over medium heat combine sugar, milk and butter. Bring to a boil, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Mix completely and pour into a 9"x13" pan. Let cool and set before cutting. Non stick pan is recommended or line the pan with aluminum foil. |
