ARVILLAS CHILE SAUCE 
2 gal. peeled tomatoes (ripe)
6 onions
4 green peppers
3 c. vinegar
5 c. sugar
6 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
6 tsp. garlic salt

Make a spice bag of:

4 bay leaves
1 tbsp. sweet basil
5 sticks cinnamon
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. dill seed

Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions in blender. Put in kettle, add spice bag. Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Process in hot water bath 1 hour.
