ANGEL PIE | |
30 Ritz crackers 1 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts 2 pkg. Dream Whip Fresh or frozen fruit 5 egg whites Whip egg whites with sugar to a stiff meringue. Crush crackers, finely chop nuts and fold into egg whites. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan, spread mixture in bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Whip Dream Whip and fold in fruit. Spread on crust. Chill 1 hour. |
