HOT POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
10 potatoes
Bread crumbs
Parsley flakes

Peel, cook, cool, and dice potatoes. Combine first 5 ingredients and heat until butter and cheese melt. Stir in sour cream. Coat potatoes with mixture. Spread in 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs and parsley flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
