CHOCOLATE TEA CAKES 
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate (Baker's or Hershey's)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
Pecans, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add sugar; mix. Add butter, beaten eggs, vanilla, flour and salt. Add baking powder. Pour thin layer in pan, sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees in 8"x8" pan for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Cut into squares while hot (1" squares).
