LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix first four ingredients until smooth. Add 1 cup hot water to lemon Jello. Cool and add to mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes.

Mix frosting as above. As soon as cake is removed from oven, punch holes in pan and spread with frosting.
