RICE PUDDING 
1 c. raw rice, not instant, cook as directed, drain

In large bowl add: 1/3 c. Egg Beaters 3/4 c. 2% milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. raisins

Pour in 2 quart baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.

SAUCE FOR RICE PUDDING:

1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. brown sugar Sugar Twin
1/4 c. Promise butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cornstarch, brown sugar together and add water. Let come to a boil, add other ingredients and pour over rice.
