CRABMEAT AU GRATIN 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Shredded cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. crabmeat
Lightly toasted bread crumbs

Melt butter. Add onion, peppers and celery. Saute for 5 or 10 minutes. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
