PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. basil leaves, ground
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ground chuck with salt and pepper. Press meat into 9-inch pie pan. Spread tomatoes over meat. Sprinkle with parsley, basil and oregano. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
