PISTACHIO CAKE 
CAKE:

1 instant pistachio pudding
1 yellow or white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. walnuts (opt.)
8 oz. club soda (water can be used)

ICING:

1 instant pistachio pudding
1 box Dream Whip (both env.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Put in greased and floured cake pans. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Cool on cake rack.

ICING: Mix all ingredients in large bowl blend with mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until thick and creamy.
