PEACH OR PEAR SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. raisins
Crisp lettuce

Large can of peach or pear halves. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Soak raisins in boiling water for just a few minutes. Mix with half the walnuts and the cheese. Arrange fruit on bed of lettuce, fill the centers with cheese mixture. Garnish with remaining nuts.
