MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 Velveeta loaf
1 box macaroni
1 Ricotta cheese
2 cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter (optional)

Boil noodles until tender and drain. Take noodles and combine with Velveeta chunks, Ricotta cheese, cheddar, milk and eggs. Stir with big spoon until well mixed. Spray pan with Pam and bake 15-20 minutes. Stir and return to oven for 15-20 more or until brown and bubbly.
