PEACH CREME 
1 (3 oz.) box peach Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 ripe peaches

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 1 pint ice cream by spoonfuls and stir until smooth. Fold in peaches, peeled and cut into small pieces. Pour or spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Chill for 30 minutes.

For special occasions, garnish with whipped cream and more peach slices or a cherry.

NOTE: This dessert is great in other flavors, just match fruit to Jello flavor. Try raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, orange. Can use mandarin oranges or fresh oranges or orange-pineapple combination.
